So i took up Triathlon last year, taking part in the Hatfield sprint distance Tri in July 2010. I caught the bug bad and here we are not even a year on with the goal of Ironman Switzerland 2011. It should be a blast!

Steady Away
Taking it easy to see how the foot goes along. Got in a few 40ish mile rides few short runs and a few more swim sessions. Just ticking it all over so not to aggravate the injury before race day. Picked up my new Tri Suit from the guys at M2M the other day and its spot on. They helped me no end in my months of training with kit/advice and coaching from Coach T. If i could stay injury free i have a feeling id be alright at this Triathlon thing, or at least the running side of things! I still seem to be a god dam brick in the pool and no matter when and or where you go a swimming pool is always full of old, overweight people who have no concept of swim speed. Does anyone know of a way to get around this?? or is it just a time old mystery of life that fat old people have nothing else to do in life but swim. i will one day be one of those people and make it my job to hinder those faster and slender than myself!!!!
